Artists Note:
I was inspired to design the ‘Echo Lake Labradorite Earrings’ shortly after paying a visit to Echo Lake in Maine. Pictured in the slideshow above is a photo I captured during a misty overcast day I spent at the lake.

I hand selected an assortment of labradorite crystals to mimic the many shades of blue found in not only the lake, but also that moody grey skyline. I then chose to use antique bronze hardware to represent the deep tones found in the surrounding sand, lake rocks, and the hills in the distance.

Echo Lake was quite the experience and I created these earrings just so I could take a piece of that day home with me and of course, to share it with you as well. Enjoy. ⊹
