The $4 charge serves as a deposit and will go towards the cost of shipping once your jewelry is ready to be returned to you. The repair itself is free of charge.

Once I receive your request, I will contact you via email to begin the repair process with you.

Free repairs include:
- restringing
- reattaching
- polishing
- minor replacements (such as a tarnished clasp, a chipped gemstone, a bent charm, etc.)
