Upon checkout, simply write your specific repair request in full detail.
Once I receive your request I will be in contact via email to begin the repair process with you.
The $4 submission charge covers the cost of shipping once your repaired product is ready to be returned to you. The repair itself is free of charge.
Free repairs include:
- restringing
- rewiring
- polishing
- reattachments
- minor replacements (I.E. tarnished clasp, chipped gemstone, bent wire, etc.)
